Michael Bublé takes to the Atlantis stage
Published: Sep 13, 2013
Atlantis Live scored another coup with Canadian crooner Michael Bublé, who kicked off his international tour with an intimate performance in paradise.
His concert came on the heels of the release of his latest album the slick and classy “To Be Loved”, which he thinks is the best album he’s ever made. The album showcased the crooner’s take on swinging pop music and includes songs like the brightly swinging take on “You Make Me Feel So Young”, a new-soul version of the Bee Gees’ “To Love Somebody”, and he digs deep into Smokey Robinson’s “Who’s Lovin’ You”.
Bublé, a superstar and Grammy-award winning artist, performed in the 3,500-seat Imperial Ballroom.
After playing Atlantis, Bublé took to the road for a tour that took him to Chicago, Missouri and Minnesota, Nebraska, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina, Washington, Colorado, Florida, Las Vegas and Australia, so his stop in The Bahamas was indeed a huge get for Atlantis.
The Atlantis Live concert series has been knocking it out of the ballpark, having brought top performers from every music genre to perform on their stage. Past performers include Jimmy Fallon, Bruno Mars, Jordin Sparks, Jason Derulo, Lady Antebellum, Josh Groban, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Sherly Crow, Colbie Caillat, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Lily Allen, Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato and Fergie.
