Contempt proceedings against lawyer next month

The lawyer who represented convicted child killer Kofhe Goodman will appear before a judge next month to answer contempt charges for his conduct during the trial.
Justice Bernard Turner cited Geoffrey Farquharson for contempt in July after he ridiculed the court in front of the jury.
Despite the citation, Farquharson continued to shout at Turner and point his fingers at him.
Turner told Farquharson to return to court on November 26 regarding his conduct.
Turner said he would give Farquharson time to review the transcripts for the appeal.
Farquharson said that he was prepared to answer the contempt at any time.
