Why am I going through this? By D. PauL Reilly: I just wonder how many of my valued readers have ever uttered the phrase which is the title of today's article 'Why am I going through this?' I bet the numbers are quite high, and while we're at it, I'll admit to the fact, that I have indeed uttered this phrase, or similar ones like 'Why God?', or 'Why Me?' on numerous occasions in my life when things were just not working out as they should be, as I expected them to, as I experienced painful failure after failure. Yes indeed, if we're all being honest here today, most if not all of us will admit to the fact, that as we experienced utter failure in some aspect of our life, and thus felt utterly alone and dejected; we looked to the heavens and cried out in anguish to God, puzzled by the fact that we appeared to be going through 'Hell on Earth'. Well My Friend, I don't do that anymore as I have, thank God, spiritually matured over the years. I now know, that the reason why I'm going through this phase of my life, whether it appears to be good or bad, a success or a failure, joyful or sad, peaceful or stressful; is simply because it's a most important part of my individual 'Spiritual Journey' towards ultimate perfection. That's right, as I have written about on many occasions in the past, we're all on our own individual journey, and literally everything which happens to us during this present incarnation on planet earth is in 'Divine Order', including incidentally the 'Tough Times'. Yes My Friend, everything that is happening in your life right now is there for a purpose, it's happening for a specific reason, and in the long run, the actual reason is to teach you a most valuable 'Lesson in Living'. So, you're presently in a really bad Personal Relationship; well, it's obviously in 'Divine Order', you're where you are because that's where you need to be to learn the lessons necessary for you to be able to ultimately graduate, and thus proceed to the next phase of your continual quest for perfection. So, when things are not as we'd really like them to be, we need to examine the situation in great depth, thus hopefully discovering the vitally important lessons which are to be learnt from passing through that particular situation, and then being able to move on to the next stage of our spiritual education. Yes indeed, as I have written about repeatedly over the years, everything is indeed in 'Divine Order'....that is the good, and the not so good too! THINK ABOUT IT!
