The clinic will also focus on flexibility to keep the muscles and joints in tip-top shape for the best possible performance and weight training for strength. A stellar group of coaches is lined up to lead the activities, including Rolando Greene, Associate Head Coach at University of Arkansas; Pauline Davis, Olympic gold medalist in 200 meters and in 4 x 100 meter relay in Sydney; Norbert Elliott, Assistant Coach, University of Tennessee; and Bradley Cooper, national record holder in discuss and shot and Assistant Athletics Director at the college.

Coaching sessions will take place at the College of The Bahamas Wellness Centre and at the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre and will run from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day.
